I don't know if' you can do this with in-game commands but on battlemetrics you can broadcast under a different or with no name. I used to broadcast as Admin instead of Llamageddon because it seemed strange to me that the admins stylistics emphasised consistency and fairness but we were all being identified individually. I think your role as a player can then be completely seperate as your role as an admin and helps a lot with specific complaints about admins and how we can deal with them.

It also seemed to get compliance from the players much quicker and avoided unecessary kicks/bans.
